MDB Apiary

MDB Apiary is business that produces high quality, lightly filtered honey, located in central Alabama. This company takes pride in their bee keeping practices ensuring the vitality of their ecosystem and health of the bees, in addition to the Southern Sweet Nectar Honey. To continue to grow their business, MDB Apiaries would benefit from a honey house. This 12’ x 20’ shed would be equipped specifically for honey processing and educational demonstrations. In addition to uncapping, extracting, and storage this honey house would also serve as an educational hub for youth groups, schools, and community visitors. This would enrich the local community by bridging the gap of knowledge between producer and consumer. There will be an observation hive which will allow the visitors to see how the honey is actually made.
