"Macon' it Happen in Tuskegee" is a special project of the Tuskegee Macon County Community Foundation, Inc. (TMCCF).

Our Foundation, The Tuskegee Macon County Community Foundation (TMCCF) is a nonprofit organization committed to "Empowering Communities, Preserving History, and Creating Opportunity." We work to foster advancements in health, education, and economic development to improve the quality of life for all residents of Tuskegee and Macon County.

"Macon' it Happen in Tuskegee" was created by TMCCF's VP, Ajoa Yemaya, after our foundation received a grant from Giving Tuesday and the Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund. This grant supports our participation in the Community Campaign Accelerator, a three-year program to help us increase local collective giving, engage our community, and strengthen local nonprofits.

Following our inaugural launch this winter, this platform will become our official annual online fundraising event. This initiative designed to empower and significantly support the vital projects of local businesses and nonprofits. It serves as a powerful catalyst for robust community growth, helping to fund those who are tirelessly working to build a better and stronger Tuskegee.

At TMCCF, we are dedicated to serving the Tuskegee and Macon County community with efficiency and excellence. To maximize our impact, we utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a collaborative tool for research, drafting, and data organization. However, human expertise remains our foundation. Every piece of content, strategy, and decision is reviewed, fact-checked, and finalized by our experienced project managers and community leaders. We believe in using technology to amplify our work, allowing us to spend less time on administration and more time on the ground, building our community.

​​The Tuskegee Macon County Community Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization. All contributions are used to fund local programs, educational workshops, and community resources.
