Returns & Exchanges Because our products are printed specifically for you upon ordering, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes. Please be sure to check the sizing charts provided on the product page before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
